KISEWA

KISEWA는 동시대 음악 문화들을 바라보고 이를 둘러싼 소리들을 탐구하는 독립 음악 아티스트 이며, 
일상에서 쉽게 접하지 못하는 Industrial, Noise, Ambient, Instrumental, 소위 하위장르라 불리는 음악을 위해 노력한다.  
독립 음악에 대한 연구의 연장선상으로 Noise 를 기반으로, 여러 소리에 대한 작업물을 전시하고자 하며, 
떠도는 독립 음악의 조각을 모으는 작업에 대한 이행을 본인의 정체성으로 규정한다.

An independent musician/artist who, based on observations of contemporary music culture, explores the various sounds that surround it. Committed to the practice of gathering the pieces and particles of independent music that are scattered out there, Kisewa’s past and current pursuits have been heavily directed toward covering the wide array of so-called sub-genres, including industrial, noise and ambient.

 

As an extension of such research into the unique and multifaceted web of independent musical acts, Kisewa is also eager to present the artist’s own sound works that are equally unique and diverse in their own rights.
